Happy Anniversay to us

Yesterday was our 11th Anniversary. We celerated with a Pat's and Geno's taste test and the Phillies Game.

We drove down to 9th and Passyunk and purchased one cheesesteak (wit) from Geno's and Pat's steaks. It was crowded and there was no place to park so we drove around until we found a 7 Eleven parking lot. We purchased iced tea from the 7 Eleven and ate in the parking lot. We split the steaks in half so we could each get a taste. I preferred the Geno's it was way (way way) less greasy and the bun was softer. Dave said he was more or less ok with either although he agreed about the greasy Pat's. However, we both think Mama's in Belmont Hills is by far the best ever. :)

After our cheesesteak experiment we went to the Phillies game. We were very early so we were able to watch batting practice. Our seats were behind home plate in the 300 level.

Truthfully it was a sleeper of a game but the Phils won 1-0.
