Baking Bread

I can't really tell you why but I decided to take a stab at making bread. It smells good but it's kind of flat looking. We'll see how it tastes. I'm not sure it's worth the all day event of baking it. If it tastes really good and if it makes budget sense I guess I could spend Sunday's making a loaf or two and freezing them. But it's going to have to taste really really good for that.
